At Lakin Living, we work to process and ship orders promptly while taking reasonable care to prepare plants and other products for transportation.

This Shipping Policy explains our shipping costs, processing times, transit times, and delivery information.

1. Free Shipping

Lakin Living currently offers free shipping on all orders.

There are no standard shipping charges added to eligible orders at checkout.

2. Processing and Transit Time

Orders are processed before being handed to the shipping carrier.

After an order has been processed and shipped, the standard transit time is approximately 3–5 business days.

Please note that 3–5 business days refers to transit time after the order has been processed and shipped. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and other circumstances.

3. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.

Lakin Living is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@LakinLiving.shop. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

4. Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it may be provided by email or through the shipping carrier.

Tracking information is controlled by the applicable shipping carrier and may take some time to update after a shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

5. Shipping Delays

We work to meet our stated shipping times, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Carrier delays

• Transportation disruptions

• Holidays

• High shipping volumes

• Address problems

• Other events outside our reasonable control

A carrier delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Lakin Living as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• A description of the damage.

• Clear photographs of the product.

• Photographs of the shipping packaging when possible.

We will review the information and determine an appropriate resolution.

If the product was damaged during delivery and the issue is our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, contact us at contact@LakinLiving.shop.

Please include your order information and details about the issue so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

8. Living Plants and Delivery

Plants are living products and may experience normal changes during transportation.

Minor changes in appearance, including variations in leaves, shape, color, or growth, may occur during shipping.

Once your order arrives, promptly unpack and provide appropriate care according to the plant's needs.

Lakin Living is not responsible for deterioration resulting from improper care or unsuitable environmental conditions after delivery.

9. Returns Related to Shipping

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

For approved returns resulting from a customer change of mind or another reason unrelated to a Lakin Living error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
