Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team gets to work preparing it for shipment. Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 Business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 Business days to arrive, depending on your location and the shipping carrier's network. Please keep in mind that handling time and delivery time are separate stages — the total time from order placement to arrival includes both.

We currently ship to the regions shown at checkout. To confirm whether we deliver to your specific address, simply enter your shipping details during checkout — you will be notified immediately if delivery to your location is not currently available.

You can use this link at any time to follow your parcel's journey and stay up to date on its estimated arrival. If you do not receive a tracking email within the expected handling time, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

Delays, Damage, or Missing Parcels

While we work hard to ensure every order arrives safely and on time, delays or issues can occasionally occur once a parcel is in the hands of the carrier.
