You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, for any reason — no explanation necessary. To be eligible, please make sure your return request is initiated within this window.

How to Start a Return

  2. Within one business day, our team will send you a prepaid return label.
  3. Repack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and attach the provided label to the parcel.
  4. Drop the parcel off at your local postal office.

Once your return is on its way, there's nothing more for you to do — we'll take it from there.

Return Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be complete and returned in their original packaging.
  • Any labels or protective films attached to the product should remain undamaged and intact.
  • Hygiene items and sealed products cannot be returned once the seal has been opened, for health and safety reasons.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer a different size, color, or item rather than a refund, we're happy to help. Simply let us know your preference when you contact us, and we'll arrange an exchange instead of processing a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 Business days. You'll be notified once your refund has been issued.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the full cost of return shipping — you won't be charged for sending eligible items back to us.
