Every product sold by Lakin Living is covered by the statutory warranty for defects that applies under law. This means that if an item you receive is faulty — for example, it doesn't work as intended, is damaged, or does not match its description — you are entitled to a remedy at no cost to you.
This statutory protection exists independently of any promotional offer, product description, or manufacturer warranty, and cannot be reduced or excluded by us.
Manufacturer warranty

Where this applies, the manufacturer's own terms, conditions, and any specific coverage details apply to that warranty, and are typically included with the product or available from the manufacturer directly.

What remedy you're entitled to
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced. Where repair or replacement is not possible, not carried out within a reasonable time, or would cause significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund, where the law allows.
